A private hilltop villa in Wayanad

The villa has five bedrooms, a large living room, a long dining table and a full kitchen. Large windows face the hills, and every bedroom has an attached bathroom.

Step outside to the garden, balconies and firepit. There is enough room for the group to eat together without spending every hour in the same space.

Fern Glade is outside Wayanad's busy resort areas. The villa still has Wi-Fi, hot water, parking, bed linen and cooking equipment, so a secluded location does not mean giving up the basics.

The Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala classified Fern Glade Homestay in the Gold category after its appointed committee examined the property. The classification took effect on 3 July 2026 and runs for three years.
