A private hilltop villa in Wayanad

The villa brings five bedrooms together with a large living room, a long-table dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows keep the surrounding hills present throughout the house, while attached bathrooms and individual room spaces give guests room to recharge.

Outdoor areas, gardens, balconies and the firepit extend the living space beyond the walls. The result is a stay that works equally well for slow mornings, shared meals and evenings together under the open sky.

Fern Glade is intentionally removed from busy resort areas. Guests come for the calm, the views and the feeling of having a Wayanad hillside to themselves, while everyday essentials such as Wi-Fi, hot water, parking, bed linen and cooking equipment remain close at hand.

The Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala has classified Fern Glade Homestay in the Gold category following examination by the appointed Homestay Classification Committee. The current classification took effect on 3 July 2026 and is valid for three years.
