A quieter side of Wayanad

Mananthavady is one of Wayanad’s principal towns and a useful base for exploring the northern part of the district. Fern Glade is outside the busy centre, near Cherakara Post in Tavinjal, where the landscape becomes quieter and the views open out across the hills.
